With the Derby near competition, Patrick Flynn was on to confirm the details of the days ahead.
As stated above, the doors will open at 5.30pm on Saturday to allow punters view the All-Ireland replay prior to racing.
If you can’t make it to Shelbourne, you can view the Boylesports Derby action live on RTE with a 60 minute programme running from 9pm to 10pm. The broadcast will include 3 live races including the two Derby semi-finals and a recording of a number of races also. The draw for the final will be made immediately before they go off air.
On Monday, the pre-Derby Lunch for those with finalists will take place in the Oaks Suite from 12noon at Shelbourne. This event has grown from strength to strength in recent years offering the connections of all six finalists an opportunity to relax and mingle in the build up to the big day.
